About Me

Thank you for visiting my site. My name is Pascale and I live with my family in the beautiful countryside just outside Oxford, but I also work and travel far and wide.

I named my blog Extra-Relish because that is how I believe life should be lived and how food should be eaten – with zest, intensity and flourish! A food photographer, stylist and writer, I am inspired by rich vibrant flavours and colours. Growing up travelling the world, followed by a career working in different countries, I developed a deep love and appreciation of different cultures, ingredients and tastes.

Now living in a beautiful village in rural England, I am constantly influenced and delighted by the changing seasons, from the soulful stark landscapes of winter to the exuberant blossoms of spring.
